Una guÃa para alquilar en VENTURE VANS
Si está pensando en alquilar una caravana en Vancouver, nos complace saber que está pensando en alquilarla con nosotros en Venture Vans. Desde la reserva inicial de su caravana hasta el momento en que la recoge, sale a la carretera y regresa, nuestro objetivo es garantizar que su experiencia con nuestra empresa de alquiler de caravanas sea realmente excepcional.
Pago
En Venture Vans aceptamos las principales tarjetas de crédito a través de nuestro sistema de reservas online.
Antes de recoger la autocaravana, se autorizará un depósito reembolsable por daños de $1000 en su método de pago. Esta retención se producirá el dÃa anterior o igual a la recogida programada. Suponiendo que la autocaravana se devuelva en excelentes condiciones, con el tanque de combustible lleno y sin violaciones de nuestro Contrato de alquiler, se le devolverá el depósito dentro de los siete dÃas posteriores a la entrega.
Daño
Es responsabilidad del arrendatario inspeccionar cuidadosamente la autocaravana antes de salir de las instalaciones de Venture Vans. Esta inspección debe identificar cualquier daño que no haya sido documentado en el informe de condición del vehÃculo, que está disponible en la camioneta y en el registro. Si se encuentra algún daño de este tipo, el arrendatario debe informarnos por correo electrónico junto con evidencia visual de respaldo.
Recomendamos encarecidamente que los inquilinos también capturen fotografÃas o vÃdeos detallados de la caravana durante el proceso de devolución en nuestras instalaciones.
Al alquilar en Venture Vans, el arrendatario otorga autorización para cargar en la tarjeta de pago registrada el costo total de los daños, además de los cargos administrativos aplicables y los posibles cargos por pérdida de ingresos.
Cancelaciones
Entendemos que los planes cambian o ocurren emergencias inesperadas. Si necesita cancelar por cualquier motivo, se aplicará un reembolso del 100% hasta 30 dÃas antes de la recogida. Reembolso del 50% entre 14 y 30 dÃas antes de la recogida. No hay reembolso dentro de los 14 dÃas anteriores a la recogida.

Si bien nos enorgullecemos de albergar festivales sin cargo adicional, lamentamos informarle que no facilitamos alquileres para Burning Man de forma gratuita; consulte nuestra sección de complementos si desea llevar nuestros alquileres a Burning Man. Le rogamos recuerde que nuestra polÃtica prohÃbe estrictamente fumar. Es importante tener en cuenta que, en caso de cualquier daño, las reparaciones necesarias se financiarán con su depósito de daños.

Gas
La autocaravana estará llena de combustible (gas natural) cuando la recojas. Por favor devuélvelo completo. A las autocaravanas vacÃas se les cobrará el importe del combustible más una tarifa de servicio.
Multas
La responsabilidad de cualquier citación y multa durante el perÃodo de alquiler recae en el arrendatario. En caso de que Venture Venture Vans esté facultado para cargar en la tarjeta de crédito registrada el valor de la multa, además de una tarifa de servicio de $50 como se describe en nuestro Contrato de alquiler.

¿Cuál es la primera hora de recogida? 09 a.m La recogida más temprana está disponible por una tarifa.
¿Qué tan eficientes son los vehÃculos en cuanto a combustible? Nuestras Dodge Grand Caravans ofrecen una impresionante economÃa de combustible en carretera de 7,9 L/100 km, lo que equivale a 34 mpg. ¡Los vehÃculos económicos contribuyen a un viaje por carretera económico!
¿A qué hora es la entrega? 2:00 p. m. más tarde La entrega tardÃa está disponible por una tarifa.
¿Qué altura/largo tienen los vehÃculos? Nuestros vehÃculos miden menos de 7 pies de alto y 17 pies de largo, lo que permite obtener las tarifas más económicas de ferry y campamento.
Where are we located ? Where we are located In Kitsilano in Vancouver, pickup location given with booking. We are a 20 minute drive from the airport, airport pickup available (link to add ons) We are a 10-15 minutes from downtown
Where can I leave my vehicle when on vacation? There is free street parking at the pickup location
Can I take the Van to USA? Yes, our vans can be used for Canada and USA travel.
What is your cancellation policy? Cancel 30 days before departure, full refund Cancel 14 before departure, 50% refund Cancel less than 14 days before departure, no refund.
What happens if we have a breakdown? With regular servicing and inspections we strive to keep our vehicles in tip top condition to avoid breakdowns for everyone's sake. This is not to say that sometimes things can't go wrong, and if they do, Venture Vans will provide full support to the customer to get them back on the road as soon as possible. We will have the vehicle towed to a registered repair shop with availability/ emergency availability and do all that we can to get the problem resolved. What type of fuel do we put in the vehicles? All of our vans take regular gas which is widely available. Our vans go out with a full tank and must come back with a full tank to avoid any fuel and fines from your $1000 deposit.
What is the earliest pickup time? 9:00 Am Earlier pickup is available for a fee.
What time is Drop Off? 2:00 PM Latest. Late Drop Off is available for an additional fee.
What if I damage the vehicle or get into an accident? What do I have to pay? Venture Vans will require a copy of the drivers licence (that is provided already) of the person who was driving at the time of the accident, along with details like time, place, pictures and cause. You the renter, will pay the deductible amount of $1000 unless the $300 deductible amount has been selected in the add ons (link to add ons) 1.Damage Assessment: If a van is returned with damage exceeding the damage deposit, Venture Vans initiates a claim and holds the damage deposit. 2 .Estimate Process: An estimate for the repair is obtained from an ICBC accredited shop. 3. Approval from ICBC: The estimate is submitted to ICBC for approval. 4. Notification of Approved Amount: ICBC approves the estimate and informs the owner (Venture Vans) about the approved amount. 5. Deductible Handling: Venture Vans claims the full $1000 damage deposit and sends the deductible amount for the vehicle to ICBC. If the damage deposit doesn't cover the full deductible amount, Venture Vans charges the balance to the renter. Outdoorsy then pays the ICBC deductible. 6.Repair Process: The vehicle is repaired. In cases where damage is within the damage amount (e.g., breaking the wing mirror or scratching the door ), Venture Vans uses the equal amount from the damage deposit to cover the repair without involving insurance. We luckily have had none of these incidents, so let's keep the good vibes rolling!
Are there any age restrictions/ license restrictions? We know how hard it can be to get a vehicle rental when you are under 25! This is why we do not discriminate against any age, if you have achieved your class 5 license, that means you have proven you can drive, that is enough for us. Just treat our vehicles like it is your own, be safe and stick to the rules of the road. In the rental agreement, it is necessary to identify the individuals who will be operating the vehicle. These designated drivers must provide pictures and numbers of their driver's license The addition of extra drivers costs only $10 per day (link to add ons)
Can I bring a pet? Yes we love pets and allow Dogs in our rentals for a fee of $100, we also require the renter to leave the vehicle back in respectable condition and not pet hair everywhere, in this case we ask the renter to thoroughly vacuum the vehicle to avoid our $150 deep cleaning fees for vehicles returned beyond the usual expected dirt/dust. Unfortunately we do not allow cats due to allergy concerns.
